QY Workforce Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the QY Workforce website, operated by QY Venture Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202207979H), 6001 Beach Road, #13-11 Golden Mile Tower, Singapore 199589.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about QY Workforce and submit genuine employer or worker-interest enquiries. You must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, or submit false or unlawful information.

Worker interest

Submitting an interest form does not create an employment relationship, guarantee a shift, or confirm eligibility. Worker onboarding, identity verification, role qualification, client requirements and applicable employment arrangements will be handled separately before any deployment.

Employer enquiries

Submitting a manpower enquiry does not create a binding service agreement. Commercial terms, worker rates, fulfilment commitments, site requirements and contractual obligations will be confirmed separately in an executed agreement.

Platform information

We aim to keep website information accurate but may change features, supported industries and workflows from time to time.

Intellectual property

QY Workforce branding, product interfaces and original website content may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Service agreements and governing law

Obligations for any staffing engagement, including liability, fulfilment and dispute provisions, are set out in the written agreement for that engagement. These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
