QY Workforce Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the QY Workforce website and staging services. The platform is currently under development and is not yet offering a public production service.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about QY Workforce and submit genuine employer or worker-interest enquiries. You must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, or submit false or unlawful information.

Worker interest

Submitting an interest form does not create an employment relationship, guarantee a shift, or confirm eligibility. Worker onboarding, identity verification, role qualification, client requirements and applicable employment arrangements will be handled separately before any deployment.

Employer enquiries

Submitting a manpower enquiry does not create a binding service agreement. Commercial terms, worker rates, fulfilment commitments, site requirements and contractual obligations will be confirmed separately in an executed agreement.

Platform information

We aim to keep website information accurate but may change features, supported industries, workflows and launch timing while the service is in development.

Intellectual property

QY Workforce branding, product interfaces and original website content may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Liability and final production terms

This staging site is provided for development and evaluation. Final production terms, legal entity details, governing law, dispute provisions and service-specific obligations will be published and reviewed before public launch.
